Terms of Service

I hereby grant full rights of these photographs to J. Tay Photography, LLC. J. Tay Photography, LLC may use photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to such purposes as advertising, publishing, illustration, invitations, and websites. J. Tay Photography, LLC has the rights of reproduction either wholly or in part. I grant creative permission for any retouching or alterations without restrictions to the photographs.

I agree that the photographs in any reproduction will represent J. Tay Photography, LLC and I further agree that J. Tay Photography, LLC or any person authorized by or acting on J. Tay Photography, LLC behalf may use the photographs or any reproduction of them. 

I understand the images provided to me are hand selected and licensed to me for my personal purpose only, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. This agreement does not include use that results in financial gains, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature, You may not under any circumstances alter, edit or change images which includes but is not limited to photo editing apps and filters such as Instagram.

I may not edit, alter or change these photos in any way.
